MK-Z SMC's MK-Z has an allowable moment of inertia 3 times higher than the conventional MK and MK2 styles. The overall length is the same as the conventional styles, and mounting dimensions are interchangeable with the MK series. Auto switches can be mounted on any of the 4 surfaces with no projection of the switch. |

MK Combining compact cylinder size and rotational capability, the MK2 cylinder is designed for heavy duty clamping applications, with an available integrated arm that swings out of the way when the cylinder is extended. 90deg. clockwise or counter clockwise rotation is available, and clamping arms with adjustment screw are standard options. MK2 is available in 6 bore sizes from 20mm to 63mm and strokes from 10 mm to 50 mm. |

MRHQ The MRHQ series is a rotary gripper suitable for holding and reversing work pieces on transfer lines. The compact integration of gripping and rotating functions eliminates the peripheral piping and wiring of the previous product (rotary table + adapter + air gripper). The length of the MRHQ series has been reduced by approximately 20% compared with the previous products. |

MRQ The MRQ provides linear and rotary motion either simultaneously or alternately. It meets many handling applications, is simple to use, and when combined with SMC grippers, provides combined motions for picking, transferring, and rotation. Available in 32 and 40mm bores with strokes from 5 to 100mm; rotation from 90° to 180°. Connection ports are available on both sides of the cylinder, as well as end-of-stroke sensing for all positions. |

NCRA1 The NCRA1 series is a rack & pinion rotary actuator, which offers very high torque-to-size and accurate positioning. Rail type mounting allows switch position to be easily adjusted. Bore sizes available include 30, 50, 63, 80 and 100mm. Single rod end or double rod end models are available. |

NCRQ The NCRQ series is a compact rotary, rack and pinion style actuator. The double rack design eliminates backlash and increases strength. Standard equipment include a built-in rubber bumper and rotation adjustment. Auto switch capabilities are an option. |

MSQ The MSQ compact rotary table is ideal for material transfer applications. It incorporates load bearings and a mounting face with a rack-and-pinion style rotary actuator. The seven sizes are 10, 20, 30, 50, 70, 100, and 200 with rotational adjustments from 0-190 degrees, and auto switch capability. Additional features include a hollow shaft and direct load mounting possibility. |

CRQ The CRQ2 series is a compact rotary, rack and pinion style actuator. Single and double shaft types are available in all sizes (10~40mm). The CRQ2 uses internal cushioning and the body can be used as a flange. The use of a double piston eliminates backlash. Auto switches are available. |

CRA1-Z The CRA1-Z rack and pinion actuator offers compact auto switches which can be mounted from the front with width reduction by 14mm. Bore sizes on standard model are 30, 50, 63, 80, and 100mm. The angle adjustable type, CRA1**U-Z, has been added to the line in bore sizes 50, 63, 80 and 100. Units may be ordered auto-switch capable and with replaceable cushions. Many variations of the shaft types are available. |

MSZ Series MSZ, a 3-position rotary table, can be adjusted to stop at three different positions within a 190º radius. The MSZ does not require an electric motor, or any complex machinery to function, only compressed air. Designed initially for the selection and separation of work pieces to either the left or right, the rotary table is controlled via a single, 3-position solenoid valve, ensuring simple setup and operation. This series is currently available in two model types, basic and high accuracy (for higher loads and reduced table deflection). The MSZ can be ordered in four different sizes and is designed to work with an operating pressure range between 0.2 to1 MPa. |

CRB2-Z Series CRB2-Z, single or double vane, rotary actuator is available in 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 bore. The single vane style uses specially designed seals and stoppers which enable this compact type actuator to rotate up to 270 degrees. Double vane type is standardized for 90 and 100 degrees. |

CRBU2 The CRBU series is a free mount style, rotary actuator with direct mounting available in three directions. Axial, vertical and side directions are possible. Through the adoption of specially designed seals and stoppers, a rotation angle of 270° has been achieved for the first time in a compact vane style actuator. To support thrust and radial loads, bearings are used throughout the series. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally (except size 10) to further improve reliability. |

CRB1 The CRB1 vane style rotary actuator is offered in 7 sizes (10-100mm). Rotation angles of up to 270° is possible for the entire series. The double vane style offered on the 90° and 100° rotation allows twice the torque of the single vane. Bearings are used throughout the series to support thrust and radial loads. In addition, rubber bumpers are used internally (except for size 10) making this series highly reliable. Optional auto switches can be moved anywhere along the circumference to allow mounting in a position that is most appropriate for your specifications. |
